Here's the scene...

The children are working on their tables and I begin to hear some mumbling and giggling. I look over to their area from where I am working and notice one of my boys now has lips in a delightful shade of red.

I resist my urge to smile and ask what is going on? I am given the typical response, "My friends told me to."

It was so hard not to laugh when he was cleaning it off with a wet tissue.

Tobes and I have decided to have our try at Meatless Monday. We like to eat some veggie meals each week, but as I try to get back into meal planning for dinners, it makes it easier to schedule it in.

Tonight I made this. It was delicious and VERY easy to make. I had most of the ingredients already in the cupboard and fridge- I just picked up some turmeric on the way home and swapped over the cayenne for paprika. Apparently it freezes very well, but Tobes already has dibbs on the leftovers for lunch tomorrow, and I'll have the rest on Wednesday. Yum!
