Journaling reads: Nature is amazing! We arrived at Inverloch to find a mother bird darting in & out of her empty nest. THe next morning when we re-checked, we found these 3 perfect blue eggs in place. She continued to come & go over the next 2 weeks- flying away quickly when we got too close- but certainly spending lots of time on the eggs. When Anth returned there~ 2 weeks later there were 3 full grown chicks, who flew off one morning when she was on her run & never came back. It all happened so quickly, 28 Dec 10
