So with this GD thing, I'm watching carbs quite carefully and avoiding sugar from anything other than fruit completely.
It's been hot today and after dinner I felt like something desert like but that wouldn't spike my blood sugar levels. This was my answer...
Crush a tray of ice together with half a cup of low fat milk and a sprinkle of decaf instant coffee. Whiz it all together and you have a tasty, icy drink. Yum!
