Is that a border collie? We have one, too! His name is Duke, you know like John Wayne? We don't have any cattle, just two horses and 4 cats. He likes to let the cats snuggle up with him in the Winter...so sweet.
ReplyDeleteYep- Princess was a border collie. This is a photo of dad and her on my wedding day nearly a year ago. We had to put her to sleep quite recently. She had a great life- nearly 18 years! She used to chase our old cat and then snuggle up to him too. How old is Duke? Princess acted like a pup until about 15 and then hit elderly!
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted a horse but a house won instead! Living in the 'burbs it's always been a hard decision to get one. We've got our cat, Sandy, now and he's more dog than cat, following us around the house! :)
